I'm just off to play tennis. No reason to mention this except I feel I should say goodbye. I'm not very good at tennis... And neither are any of my family. So it's likely I'll be knocked out and possibly killed by a stray ball.

Oh god. I've got so much stuff that I should be doing right now. I don't even want to think about the notes, essay drafts, essays and proof reading I should be doing. And a lesson plan no less.
It's after 1 and I'm not out of bed yet. That pretty much sets the tone for the day.

I'm sat here babysitting three children who I've know for a while. The girls are 4 and 2 and they've got a new baby brother who's nearly three months. I've been snuggling with him to calm him down for half an hour and I want one. He has that amazing baby smell. I mean, I now smell of his sick which is slowly turning sour on my clothes. I can't sleep. I'm reading a fic and I keep telling myself I'll just finish this chapter and then go to bed. Until I get hooked on the next chapter. It's 2am. I think this could be a long night.

Eugh. I had a pre-op appointment at the hospital today. Nothing big, but my huge needle phobia causes issues.
Anyway, I went up to the info desk to ask where the paediatrics pre-surgery consultation dept is. Even though I'm not in paeds anymore I started this treatment with them so with them I stay.
